SHOPAII is a sourcing platform, not a factory. Our work is the part of an export order that neither side enjoys: finding a supplier that genuinely makes the part, making quotations comparable, checking that the goods match the sample, and keeping the money safe until they do.
On one side are manufacturers across the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze Delta and the inland industrial clusters — most with an export licence and years of OEM work behind them, and no straightforward way to reach a buyer in Lyon or Toronto. On the other are buyers who want a factory price without a month of due diligence. We stand between the two and take responsibility for the process.
